Although doctors said that Mum needed a liver transplant and she was very poorly, she helped with the preparations for my wedding and on the day, Mum insisted on walking into the church and didn’t use her wheelchair once. Mum was a great cook and loved making meat-ball curry which is Dad’s favourite. She spent the day before my wedding making over 300 meatballs. Mum & Dad even came camping for a few days with us on our Honeymoon.
